America's Most Literate Cities

According to a study by Central Connecticut State University, I live within an hour drive of two of America's most literate cities - Minneapolis being first and St. Paul, third. If you'd like to know more, click here and here. And if you read nothing else about this, read what the St. Paul Pioneer Press has to say about it.

Congrats for your area! I saw that Seattle received the #2 spot, and I believe it, since they had the highest NaNoWriMo region word count this year. Those folks are serious about their writing! Guess I should go back and see how Minneapolis and St. Paul checked out on the final NaNo tally, hmmmmm.

Yep, Twin Cities made the #3 NaNo word count spot! Very cool!
